Studio-style portrait and headshot experiences start at $3,000. We’ll shape the capture, staffing and delivery around your guest count and schedule.

Those choices matter as much as the picture. A conference drop-in station and a scheduled team session need different plans; we’ll help you choose.

Are retouching and instant delivery included?
They are not assumed in the starting price. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm available options, deliverables and turnaround in the quote.
Can a sponsor support the station?
Yes. The station can be part of a sponsorship package with agreed recognition around the experience. Guest contact information is not automatically included; any data collection or sharing needs a clear, consent-based plan.
How many people can you photograph?
We plan capacity after confirming the portrait style, time per guest, staffing and operating hours. Share attendance estimates so we can recommend a practical setup.
Can you provide other portrait styles?
Yes. Tell us whether you want professional headshots, a styled portrait experience or something more expressive. We’ll recommend a direction and confirm what is possible.
